Deputy Mayor, Patricia Chase Greene is calling on acting Town Clerk, Carol Sooba to refund bail monies owed to persons since 2013/2014, Carol Sooba on the other hand is saying those monies are being repaid. Handel Duncan met with Ms. Sooba and filed this report.
