Millions of dollars are being spent to have a Magistrate’s Court constructed at the Diamond/Grove Housing Scheme, EBD, before 2018 comes to an end and will be the first in the country to be equipped with an elevator. Kristen Macklingam was at the sod-turning ceremony on Monday.
