here are no real concrete measures in the 2019 budget for Small businesses, however, the Small Business Bureau will receive a substantial amount of government funding to continue its developmental work among small businesses. More in this report from
The Small Business Bureau will receive some $100M. That sum will go into the Small Business Development Fund. This came into being through the Small Business Act of 2004, however, 2018 was the first year that any provision was made for the Fund.
But,while there was that 2018 allocation, the Small Business Bureau did not gain full access to all of the monies.
However, for 2019 there is $10 Million dollars available for grants under the Bureau. More than, likely those businesses that will benefit are those that take into consideration some aspect of the Green State Development Strategy. The body has some 10, 000 small businesses on its register.
