Minister of Public health Volda Lawrence refuted claims in the National Assembly that there is a high rate of neonatal deaths at the Georgetown public hospital. The opposition criticized the figures provided in the national assembly which amount to 119 neonatal in one-year period. Javone Vickerie reports.
