Antonio Dey reports that, following its suspension from the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) in 2023 due to late submissions of its 2020 EITI report, Guyana is preparing to submit its reports for 2022 and 2023. This move is part of the country’s efforts to regain its standing with the EITI and demonstrate its commitment to transparency in the extractive industries.
