A 25-year-old labourer of Diamond Housing Scheme has been
arrested for the possession of firearm, ammunition and narcotics.
On Wednesday, Police acting on intelligence gathered, went to
a location at Hill Street (between Princess and Norton streets) Georgetown, and
arrested a man.
A bag containing a pistol with seven live ammunition and also
158 grams of suspected cannabis packaged in small-sized zip lock bags were
found.
