More than three hundred cane harvesters from Wales sugar Estate staged a protest at the Ministry of the Presidency on Thursday over severance benefits. Harvesters at Wales Estate had already been informed that they are not entitled to severance since jobs were provided for them at the Uitvlugt estate.
