The eagerly awaited 36-megawatt power ship, which arrived on May 1, 2024, is set to integrate into Guyana’s national grid today, May 8. On a two-year rental agreement, this vessel is expected to help alleviate the country’s persistent electricity issues. The contract includes fees for monthly charter and maintenance.
