For the murder of his reputed wife, a 36-year-old businessman Quincy Roache was remanded to jail on Tuesday when he appeared before Magistrate R. Liverpool at the Sparendaam Magistrates’ Court.
Roache who is the founder and owner of GoLocal Guyana businessman was not required to enter a plea. He was remanded to prison until the 14th of October, 2022.
The accused of Ujama Housing Scheme, La Bonne Intention, East Coast Demerara
allegedly murdered his reputed Tacinda Dazell last Friday at their East Coast Demerara home.
The man turned himself into Police investigators last Friday night, hours after his reputed wife’s body was found on the bridge leading to the house with multiple stab wounds.
A post Mortem done on Tacina Dazzle on Monday, at the Georgetown Public Hospital Mortuary revealed her cause of death to be multiple stab wounds.The body was identified by the deceased’s father and later handed over for burial.
Dazzle, a 28-years-old, housewife of Ujama Housing Scheme, LaBonne Intention, ECD has a 6 year old son who reportedly witnessed the fatal stabbing. Relatives say he remains traumatized.
In voice notes from the now dead one, she described her partner as a narcissist and had plans to leave the rocky relationship.
