Eight energy companies have submitted bids to conduct a 3D Seismic study of Guyana’s oil blocks. Bharrat Jagdeo, General Secretary of the Peoples Progressive Party/Civic, has stated that the state is not inclined to modify the fiscal conditions outlined in the new 2023 Production Sharing Agreement.
