In keeping the spirit of Emancipation alive, the African Cultural and Development Association (ACDA) will once again be hosting a Virtual celebration in observance of Emancipation 2021. This year’s celebration is expected to encompass all the aspects of the Traditional National Park festivities. Kendell Richmond reports
