Shemina Peroune, a final-year aeronautical engineering student, has been crowned the new Miss Guyana Culture Queen. Peroune is determined to stand out from her competitors. She believes her tenacious energy will secure her victory at the upcoming Miss Caribbean Culture Queen Pageant in St Kitts and Nevis, scheduled for August.
