Following a meeting on Sunday by its National Executive Committee, the Alliance For Change (AFC) has maintained that its Coalition partner – APNU – breached the Cummings-burg Accord. It, therefore, appointed a committee to look into the circumstances surrounding the breach and to chart the way forward for the party. Wendell Badrie reports
