While the state, through the Attorney General, Anil Nandlall, has moved to the courts, to file an action against a local businessman, Wilfred Branford, owner, and proprietor of Car Care Enterprise, concerning two plots of lands he allegedly acquired for less than its value, the businessman is refuting this claim.
