Renata Burnette reports that Alicia Best-Anderson, a former beauty queen who retired her crown in 2015, is once again in the pageantry spotlight as she represents Guyana in the Miss International Elegant Mother’s Pageant in St. Maarten. Best-Anderson hopes to add one final title to her collection and make Guyana proud by winning the International Elegant Mother crown.
