The APNU+AFC opposition on Wednesday filed a suit with the High Court challenging the constitutionally of a report by the Committee of Privileges which has recommended the suspension of eight Members of Parliament who allegedly attacked the authority of the National Assembly symbolized by the Mace during a debate on the contentious Natural Resource Fund Bill in December last.
