ATTEMPTED SUICIDE SHOULD BE DECRIMINALIZED

An attempt at suicide occurs when someone is suffering from a mental health problem and it is deemed ‘a plea for help’. The NGO ‘Caribbean Voice’ wants attempted suicide decriminalised.
