ATTORNEY GENERAL DISAPPROVES CJ’S RULING THAT PSC WAS NOT PROPERLY CONSTITUTED

Attorney General Anil Nandlall openly disagrees with Chief Justice Roxanne George’s ruling on the Police Service Commission not being correctly constituted given the absence of the Chairman of the Public Service Commission, as he maintains the notion that the question of the quorum isn’t the issue. However, the Attorney representing the APNU+AFC Camp Roysdale Forde entirely agrees with the ruling. Antonio Dey has more.
