Anil Singh, a 47-year-old bowman, was charged with engaging in sexual activity with a minor and released on bail.
Singh of Supenaam Creek, Essequibo Coast, appeared before Magistrate Esther Sam virtually at the Suddie Magistrate’s Court, where the charge was read to him.
The court heard that the act was performed on a 15-year-old female. He was not required to plea to the charge and was granted $150,000 bail, and the matter was adjourned to June 1, 2023.
