Former Head of NICIL Winston Brassington and Former Finance Minister Ashni Sigh both arrived in Guyana on Tuesday to face charges of misconduct in public office. Lawyers in the matter are of the opinion that the case is baseless. Javone Vickerie was at the courthouse and filed this report.
