While Guyana continues to strike more oil in its lucrative offshore basins, more countries continue to seek to establish friendly relations with the country. More recently, Brazil’s Senator – The Hon. Paulo Roberto Nunes Guedes – has not only hailed Guyana as the Dubai of the region but has also committed his as well as his government’s support to linking Brazil to Guyana through a series of road networks.
