Who ever said that nothing good can come from the village of Buxton is surely mistaken. The East Coast Demerara village continues to defy the stereotypical image perpetuated against it at every national examination. The latest Buxtonian to do so is 16yrs old Samuel Haynes who copped the No 4 spot in the country at this year’s Caribbean Secondary Examination (CSEC).
