Chairman of the Beterverwagting/Triumph Neighbourhood Democratic Council, Jimmaul Bagot, has alleged that John Fernandes Limited is bullying the Council into selling 143 acres of privately owned lands in sections F and G of the Beterverwagting backlands despite the council terminating the deal worth $35M.
