Chief Justice Roxanne George-Wiltshire has stuck to the constitution. Having ruled that the vote was carried by now expelled APNU-AFC MP Charranadas Persaud, she re-emphasized that the Cabinet including the President shall have to resign and elections called in 90 days if parliament opts not to extend that timeframe.
