An environmentalist has expressed concern that capping stock would be insufficient in the event of an oil spill, especially without an unlimited parent company guarantee. The environmentalist has accused the government of extending the time it would take for the necessary equipment to reach an offshore Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessel.
