It was heated gyration to Soca music in the parking lot on Sunday when Carnivoil 2020 was launched at Movietowne East Coast Demerara. The Hundreds in attendance were also afforded a sneak preview of the colorful, ingenious costumes that will be available for them to revel in 2020. Amel Griffith was there and filed this report.
