On Wednesday, Chief Scrutineer of the APNU+AFC Carol Smith Joseph was slapped with 14 fraud charges for allegedly approving 14 transactions worth $6,121,108Â for her personal use while being the director at the Mahaica Abary Rice Development Scheme ( MARDS) Rice Milling Complex Limited.
