Investigators are trying to put the pieces together to determine how the fire in Castello Housing Scheme, Georgetown that left several persons homeless began on Wednesday.
According to unconfirmed reports a 3-year-old, had been playing with a lighter on a bed. The aftermath has left approximately 15 people homeless.
