Hours after the CCJ had handed down it’s ruling on Wednesday, setting aside the decision of the Court of Appeal of Guyana as well as the CEO’s report to GECOM, Dr. David Hinds – of the Working People’s Alliance – proffered the opinion that the decision seemed to
have been political, while attorney at law Brenden Glasford – believes the CCJ glossed over the issue of jurisdiction.
