CCJ RULES THAT GOVERNMENT WAS DEFEATED ON NO CONFIDENCE MOTION

On Tuesday The Caribbean Court of Justice ruled against the Government in all of the matters that were taken to the Court. In this first report, we will find out that the CCJ upheld the High Court’s decision that the December 21, No Confidence motion against the sitting Government was carried and that the majority of the 65 members that voted was clearly at least 33 votes, which the Opposition side had obtained. More in this report from Handell Duncan.
