Executive Chairman of CGX Limited, Prof. Suresh Narine said he opposed the notion of handing Guyanese monthly Cheques from oil revenues when it starts to flow. He says what The Government needs to do is create an environment where citizens can benefit. The professor also charged Guyanese to cut out the negative views it has and focus on the positives and the development oil can bring to Guyana. Royden James reports.
