CHIEF JUSTICE (ag) URGES GREATER USE OF ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION AMID RISING CASE FILINGS

Judiciary Strain in Guyana:

Amid the rising number of cases filed, Acting Chief Justice Roxane George has called for greater use of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, such as mediation and restorative justice. The move aims to alleviate the growing strain on the judiciary.
