More than a month, following a ruling by Chief Justice Roxanne George that the appointment of two government-appointed Parliamentary Secretaries was unlawful, opposition Chief Whip Christopher Jones has called on the Speaker of the National Assembly, Manzoor Nadir, to deem the two seats vacant and for monies paid to the Secretaries, after the ruling, to be refunded to the state.
