CITY CONSTABULARY OFFICERS MAY NOT GET RETROACTIVE SALARY INCREASE

he Cash strapped Georgetown Municipality is unable to pay retroactive salaries to its Constabulary Officers for the year 2018. At the Council’s Statutory meeting on Monday, Acting Town Clerk Sharon –Harry Munroe said that members of the City Constabulary are entailed to the Public Servants wages and salary increase for 2018. However, City Mayor Patricia Chase-Green said that council might not be able to pay the money before Christmas 2018.
