Minister of Business Dominic Gaskin says the Code of Conduct for Minibus operators is gravely needed, since the operators are a part of the public transportation system. Speaking with Nightly News on Wednesday, Mr. Gaskin said the Consumers Affairs Department of the Ministry of Business has had fruitful engagement with the United Minibus Union on the new set of rules.
