CONSUMERS ARE MORE AT FAULT FOR RETURNED ITEMS – GNBS

When a complaint is filed against a manufacturer or retailer, it is most times the fault of the consumer. The Guyana National Bureau of Standards is urging that before buying any item make sure the necessary procedures are followed. Javone Vickerie reports.
