Two months past its deadline, the completion of that four-story building constructed to house the administrative department of the Mayor and City Council (M&CC) seems to be hanging in the balance. The contractor contends that the city council is unwilling to release additional funds for the execution of the final touches. However, the commission asserts that the works concluded thus far are not in keeping with the $35M already given to the contractor. Temika Rodney reports.
