Although Public security Minister Khemraj Ramjattan has declared that Phagwah day will be celebrated on Sunday March 12 this year, the Guyana Hindu Dharmic Sabah is holding strong in its position that the actual auspicious date is Monday, March 13. Kristen Macklingam reports.
