Acting Commissioner of Police Nigel has confirmed that the Special Weapons and Tactics unit rank who pulled the trigger that killed Essequibo businessman Orin Boston has been placed on close arrest and the Office of Professional Responsibility have commenced investigation into the shooting incident.
