After two years, the case against former Mayor Ubraj Narine and Opposition Member of Parliament Sherod Duncan has been dismissed due to insufficient evidence.
The two were jointly charged with obstructing traffic along New Market Street. However, on Tuesday, the court ruled that the prosecution failed to provide enough evidence to sustain the charges.
