GECOM’s Chief Election Officer – Keith Lowenfield – will be summoned, as a result of not appearing to hear charges laid before the court against him, for willful misconduct, amounting to a breach of the public’s trust in the Office of the Chief Elections Officer of the Guyana Elections Commission.
