The proverb  ‘Necessity is the mother of Invention’ was undoubtedly the catalyst for the successful small business that 31-year-old Dixie Jordan has been running for the last two years. Like many persons around the world, the wrath of COVID usurped earning opportunities for the young mixologist but determined to survive, Dixie found an innovative way of using her skills to her advantage whilst at the same time titillating the taste buds of Guyanese. In observance of Small Business Week, Tarik spoke with Ms Dixie and filed this report
