Former Finance Minister Dr. Ashni Singh and former head of NICIL Winston Brassington failed to show up at the Georgetown Magistrates Court Monday morning for a hearing into their charges of misconduct in public office. Prosecutors for SOCU said the agency was unable to serve the men notices. Javone Vickerie reports.
