Trade Unionist Carvil Duncan signals his intention to boycott hearings of the tribunal established to determine his future membership of several constitutional commissions. His lawyer Anil Nandlall also plans to challenge the legitimacy of the tribunal. Handel Duncan was at the first hearing of the tribunal on Monday.
