Two men of Pigeon Island East Coast Demerara were charged on November 29 at the Sparendaam Magistrate’s Court.
According to the case presented, Ramdial Nandalall age 61 was charged for Unlawful Wounding while Rajish Ramdeal, a joiner was charged for Assault Causing Actual Bodily Harm. The two acts were committed against each other on October 31. The men appeared before Magistrate George where the charges were read to them, and they both pleaded not guilty.
They were each granted bail in the sum of $20,000 and are to return to court on January 31,2021 for report and continuation.
