A former member of the Guyana Defence Force (GDF) who was charged in 2017 for raping a woman at Base Camp Stephenson, Timehri, East Bank Demerara (EBD), walked free on Monday after Justice Simone Morris-Ramlall upheld a no-case submission made on his behalf. Tiana Cole reports
