The grieving family of Corporal Terry Fraser, who was attached to the Training Corp of the Guyana Defence Force (GDF) and died by suicide last week Tuesday, is calling on the relevant authorities to intervene in the matter as to why an archaic policy is still on the books, resulting in the late soldier being denied full military funeral.
