The Owner of the Coverden, East Bank Demerara farm where thirty-four-year-old Orlando Ramnarine was electrocuted after his cast net came into contact with an exposed electric wire is contending that he is not at fault for the man’s death since he made several reports to the Guyana Power and Light Incorporated prior to the incident.
