–mother pleading with public to help locate daughter
A female teenager has been reported missing after she left her residence on Easter Monday and failed to return home or make contact with her relatives.
The 18-year-old has been identified as Shanyana Deharte of Lot 9 Paradise Village, West Coast Berbice (WCB).
According to the missing girl’s mother, the teenager was last seen around 09:00h on Monday wearing a red blouse and short white pants, carrying a “side purse.”
Anyone with information about Shanyana Deharte is being asked to contact her mother on 696-7543 or the nearest police station.
