The separated head found some distance away from a prisoner’s charred body and a burnt prisoner being found crouched on a toilet are causes for concern says fire chief Marlon Gentle at Camp Street prison’s COI. He believes that both bodies would have suffered other types of trauma aside from those evident from the fire. Mondale Smith has been following the COI and filed this report.
